Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the use of alrafaycreatives.com and purchases made from Al Rafay Creatives. Al Rafay Creatives is operated from Gujranwala, Pakistan. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies mentioned on our website.
PRODUCTS
Al Rafay Creatives offers metal wall art, custom decor products, laser-cut items, and related creative products and services. Many products are made to order and may include mild steel, powder-coated finishes, acrylic, MDF, or other materials depending on the product listing or confirmed custom order.
We try our best to provide accurate product names, descriptions, sizes, images, availability, and prices. Product photos may include room settings, styled scenes, or digital mockups and may not show exact scale. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, material nature, handmade or production differences, finishing process, and photography.
Unless clearly mentioned on the product page, products should be considered suitable for indoor use.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, it is considered a request to purchase. An order is accepted only when Al Rafay Creatives confirms the order or begins processing it.
We may verify Cash on Delivery orders, custom orders, large orders, incomplete orders, duplicate orders, or any order that requires additional confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, listing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, incomplete information, or any reasonable operational issue. If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, a refund will be issued where applicable.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on our store are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The final payable amount is the amount shown at checkout or agreed in a confirmed custom quotation, except in cases of clear technical or pricing errors.
Custom sizes and special orders may be discussed through WhatsApp or another agreed communication method. Pricing for custom work depends on the design, material, size, finishing, complexity, and delivery requirements. Final design details, measurements, price, payment requirement, and delivery terms will be confirmed before production starts.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout or agreed directly for custom orders. Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations. Online payments, where available, are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout.
If payment is unsuccessful, reversed, incomplete, or not verified, the order will not be treated as paid, and production or dispatch may be delayed until payment is confirmed.
CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, spellings, names, references, images, and instructions.
Before production, Al Rafay Creatives will confirm the important order details such as design, size, material, finish, price, payment requirement, and estimated timeline.
Advance payment or full payment may be required depending on the type of custom order. Payment terms will be shared before production. No fixed number of revisions is guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Once a design is approved, the customer confirms the layout, wording, spelling, size, and design details. Any changes requested after approval may affect the price and timeline and may not be possible once cutting, finishing, or production has started.
CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
If you provide any names, logos, images, artwork, references, text, designs, or other material for custom work, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content.
You allow Al Rafay Creatives to use the submitted material only for reviewing your request, preparing the design, communicating with you, producing the product, and keeping order records.
We may refuse any request that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or may infringe another person’s rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Al Rafay Creatives name, branding, website content, original images, graphics, product photos, and original designs belong to Al Rafay Creatives or are used with permission.
Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright, design rights, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Any third-party names, logos, characters, brands, trademarks, or designs remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on our website should be understood as claiming official partnership, approval, licence, or endorsement unless clearly stated.
SHIPPING
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, order location, courier service, production workload, and payment confirmation.
Standard catalog orders are generally processed and delivered within the estimated time shown on the website or communicated at the time of order. Custom-order timelines will be confirmed separately before production.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Pakistan. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed deadlines. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, strikes, road conditions, payment delays, or circumstances outside our control.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND DAMAGE
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to confirmation by Al Rafay Creatives. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed because material preparation, design work, cutting, finishing, packaging, or dispatch may already have started.
Eligible standard catalog products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy. Custom-made, personalized, bespoke, and custom-sized products are not returnable for change of mind.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the issue should be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. These terms do not limit any customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
INSTALLATION AND CARE
Customers are responsible for checking that their wall, surface, mounting method, anchors, screws, and installation hardware are suitable for the product.
Installation requirements may vary depending on the size, weight, design, and wall type. Professional installation is recommended where needed.
Mounting hardware is included only if clearly mentioned on the product page or confirmed in writing. Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable hardware, misuse, modification, mishandling, or improper care will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use services from Shopify, payment providers, courier companies, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social media platforms, apps, and other third-party service providers.
These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and rules. Al Rafay Creatives is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We try to keep our website available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, Al Rafay Creatives is not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, incorrect customer-provided information, unsuitable installation, misuse of products, courier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website. Updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted and will not change an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
